Processing Time:
All orders are shipped on Mondays. To ensure maximum FRESHNESS, all orders received after this will be shipped on the following Monday. This way you can enjoy our cookies at their very best. *Shipping times are provided as an estimate only and may vary according to weather and road conditions.

Where do we ship?
We currently ship to all residential and commercial postal address in Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Local pick up:
Local pick up is available to Townsville locals by arrangement.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you wish to place a bulk order of cookies please email so we can ensure you receive the best price for shipping.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. The Dough Drop is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Damages:
The Dough Drop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Order Cancellations & Modifications:
Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify/cancel the order or shipping address. 

Returns:
At The Dough Drop, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our cookies. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before making a purchase.
